Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the PrimeCare facility management system. By logging in you accept these terms.

Authorized Use

Access is restricted to authorized staff. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Conduct

• Use the system only for legitimate facility and clinical purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data beyond your authorization.
• Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system.
• Enter accurate information and clock in and out honestly.

No Credit Treatment

All services are strictly cash or prepaid. The system must not be used to record or authorize credit-based treatment.

Attendance & Violations

Time-clock accuracy is required. Late or missed shifts may result in violation points, and accumulated points may lock an account until an administrator restores access.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for violation of these terms or upon end of employment.
